It`s an error message from “DOCman productivity pack Populate”:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /homepages/36/d90368299/htdocs/badminton/administrator/components/com_populate/tables/config.php on line 58

This is line 58 from the document:

public function __construct( $db ) {
parent::__construct(‘#__populate_conf’, ‘id’, $db);

You might not need to make changes in the code though, you could try turning off E_DEPRECATED. But we haven’t tested that.
If you want to be on the cutting edge, we advise you to upgrade to DOCman 1.5. There’s a upgrade path from 1.4 to 1.5, you won’t loose any data or functionality.
